Earning Peak Access

The Estate uses an earned-access model for peak hours — here's how it works and how to unlock it.

What is Peak Access?

Peak hours run from 6pm to 10pm UK time. During this window, demand on the server is highest and the city is at its most active. To ensure quality roleplay, peak access is restricted to players who have demonstrated genuine engagement with the community.

How to Earn It

Play 12 hours cumulatively during off-peak hours (before 6pm or after 10pm). Once you cross the 12-hour threshold, peak access is granted automatically — no ticket, no request, no waiting on staff.

Your playtime is tracked server-side. You can check your current off-peak hours in the character menu under Account Details.

Why This Model?

Off-peak hours give new players a quieter environment to learn the city, find their feet, and settle into roleplay without the full pressure of a packed server. By the time peak access is unlocked, you'll already know the rules, the areas, and the community.

It also protects established storylines — long-term players know that anyone in city during peak has put in the time.
