Connecting to The Estate

Everything you need to get into the city for the first time — no application, no waiting on staff.

1. Install FiveM

Download and install FiveM from the official site, then launch it once so it links to your Rockstar and Steam accounts. The Estate requires a legitimate, up-to-date copy of GTA V.

2. Connect to the server

You can join directly from your browser, or search our name in the FiveM server list. Outside peak hours, the city is open to everyone.

In-game, open the client and press F8 then type:

Use connect followed by our server address, or just click Connect & Play anywhere on this site. Peak access (6–10pm) unlocks automatically after 12 hours of off-peak play.

3. Your first hour
